We’ve taken research to new heights, delivering on the needs of the jumper and the lifter to create a modern solution. Undertaking an ergonomic study, we used the hand profiles and MCP joint depths of 110 lineout lifters to form a product that takes rugby lineout lifting blocks into a new era.

RUGBY PERFORMANCE X DESIGN
Unlike other lineout lifting solutions, Lifting Giants have been developed using anthropometric and ergonomic data. We collaborated with professional and grassroot rugby players to inform the product’s design and deliver optimum performance.
THE LIFTER
Lifting Giants are shaped to engage the lifter’s hands in a natural position for applying upward force. Their specific profile and depth ensures maximum surface contact throughout the lift, giving increased stability and extension.
THE JUMPER
Lifting Giants are contoured to the jumper’s thigh, improving fit and comfort. Increasing the surface contact by 35% helps keep the support in place throughout every match and training session.

Proven to last for 100+ uses with EAB tape, delivering on the needs of the player game after game.
Durable
Strength tested to ensure they withstand the contact and forces of every lift.
Bacterial Resistant
Made from anti-microbial material, helping to keep them fresh and odour-free.

Delivery
We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over €75.
We use DPD 1-2 Day service - We ship same day if ordered before 1pm (next day service is not guaranteed).
We use An Post Parcel Service which is 1-3 working days within the Republic of Ireland.
With all shipping services you will be provided with a tracking number.
**Please Note: Large bulky or heavy items may take a day or 2 longer and will be shipped with An Post.**

We use UPS 2-3 day service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a standard charge of €13.50.
We also use An Post 3-5 day postal service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a charge of €12.
We use UPS for international deliveries. This charge varies from €15 to €30 depending on destination (see in checkout)

In adverse weather conditions there may be a disruption to the estimated delivery times.
At peak times around Christmas orders may take longer, please allow plenty of time.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your item to us in the original packaging with your receipt or delivery docket. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days of delivery.
