These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Websell. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

If you are provided with a User ID, password, or other information as part of our procedures it is your responsibility to treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to disable any User ID or password either chosen by you or allocated by us in the event that we believe you may have failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

You are responsible for your method of access to this website. You are also responsible to ensure that all persons accessing this website through your internet connection are aware and in compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

CSK Sports Ltd trading as Central Sports will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of this website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are the person named on the account and that the payment option used, to complete the purchase is in your own name.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

 

2. CUSTOMER ORDERS

To make a purchase you will need to set up an account. We will ask for personal information to set up the account and this information must be accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading. Our Security/Privacy Policy outlines how this information will be collected and managed.

You may choose the option to subscribe to www.centralsports.ie. This subscription can be cancelled at any time by emailing sales@centralsports.ie.

All items sold are subject to availability and while every effort is made to fulfil your order, there may be rare occasions when the item you require is not available, even though you have received a confirmation of your order. We will immediately advise you by email or by telephone if we must cancel your order for this reason, and payment will be immediately refunded. Refunds may take up to 1– 5 working days (Mon – Fri) to reach your Bank account depending on which bank you use.

On all orders valued at €75.00 or over, we offer free Standard Delivery, to all postal addresses, within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. CSK Sports Ltd offer our customers a Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday & Sunday) next day delivery service. Exceptions to Saturday delivery may apply, depending on Courier availability. The next day delivery service, however, cannot be guaranteed, due to the delivery of our orders, being taken out of our control, once handed over to the Courier Company. Please refer to Couriers website.

Once you have placed an order on the website, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order. Payment will be processed including vat if applicable and postage fee when the order is placed. This email acknowledgement does not imply an acceptance of the order. It is only when the order has been picked, packed, processed, and despatched that the purchase contract will be made. All prices are inclusive of Vat at the rate applicable to the country to which it is being shipped. Once the items have been shipped you will receive an email informing you of the shipment. You will be responsible for all other applicable customs clearance charges including import taxes and import duties, or/and other charges that may be applied by a third party.

All items sold are subject to availability and while every effort is made to fulfil your order, there may be rare occasions when the item you require is not available, even though you have received email confirmation of your order. If products are out of stock, we will attempt to advise you by email or by telephone. We may be able to obtain stock from our suppliers, but this may result in a delay with delivery.  In some instances, we may be able to offer you an alternative item, which may be priced at a cost higher, lower, or equal to, the cost of the original item you ordered. If a higher priced option is chosen by you the customer, an additional payment will be requested by Central Sports, on the difference in price owed. If a lower priced option is chosen by you the customer, a refund will be processed to you for any difference owed to you. Refund may take up to 1 – 5 days to reach your Bank account.

If we are unable to contact you or receive no response to our email/telephone call, we will process the remainder of your order and will issue you with a full refund of any item that is out of stock, if applicable. 

 

3. CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER – Online Orders

In line with current legislation, please contact us immediately should you decide to cancel your order. A full refund will be processed upon receipt of your request. Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.

We will reimburse to you, all payments received from you, with immediate cancellation of order.  As we ship our goods out daily it is imperative to receive early notification of cancellation before the order leaves the premises and may incur delivery charges. 

Personalised items cannot be cancelled.

 

4. RETURNS POLICY - Online Orders

If for some reason your purchase did not fit or meet your expectations, then we will be more than happy to refund you, provided that the goods are returned to us within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Exception to this rule is during the Christmas period, goods purchased on or after the 1st of December can be returned up to 10th of January of the following year. The goods must be returned with all tags attached, in new, unused, and unworn condition and in the original packaging. All shoes must be returned in the original box. Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to sales@centralsports.ie or Telephone: +353 (0) 65 9052794.

Purchases with Gift card will be refunded by same method as used for purchase. Please note that we will not accept returned goods from the customer, if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.

Please note: We do not accept the return of any personalised item unless the product is faulty.

All orders placed online will be dispatched with a dispatch note and Returns Form. This dispatch note and Returns Form https://centralsports.ie/20226/Delivery-and-Returns/will outline the details of your purchase, our contact details, and the return address. Following inspection upon return, an email will be sent confirming safe receipt of the items returned and a refund will be processed using the original payment method, excluding original postage charge if relevant. Refund may take up to 1– 5 days to reach your Bank account.

5. MODIFICATIONS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. E-MAILS

CSK Sports Ltd will contact you via email confirming the status of your order with us.

We may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transactions, even if the transactions are not confirmed. These will be operational emails to enquire as to why the transactions were not completed. The data will not be shared with any other company. It is our aim to provide you with the highest level of customer service.

We may contact you requesting feedback on your recent order with us. Feedback is important to us as we are always striving to provide the best service possible.   This feedback is processed via our 3rd party provider Google Review. 

Discount will apply to the lowest priced item in a multi-buy price promotion offer. These offers apply to selected items only. 

Where items are purchased as part of a multi-buy price promotion, all items must be returned, unworn with a valid receipt for a refund or exchange. Items purchased as part of a promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged individually. 

CSK Sports Ltd Trading as Central Sports reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the discount at any time without notice.

7. GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Vouchers Policy is treated like cash and is exempt from the returns policy. If a voucher is lost, stolen etc, you will need to contact us immediately.  We will endeavour every effort to resolve the situation with the purchasers co-operation in line with GDPR.  

8. HOME GYM EQUIPMENT WARRANTY 
Our Home Gym Equipment is intended for personal/domestic use (unless expressly stated otherwise).  Usage in a public/gym/club setting may void your warranty.  
 

9. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Delivery and Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, or geographical area. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
