Free Nationwide Delivery

We offer FREE nationwide delivery on all orders over €75.

Delivery Services

DPD Next Day Service

  • Same-day shipping for orders placed before 1 pm.
  • Delivery times may vary once your parcel is collected by DPD; please use your tracking number for updates.
  • Important: Orders collected by courier on Fridays will be delivered on the next working day (Sat, Sun, and Bank Holidays excluded).
  • Saturday deliveries may be available depending on the courier service in your area.

An Post Parcel Service

  • Delivery time: 1-3 working days within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  • Tracking is available for all An Post shipments.

Large or Bulky Items

  • Bulky or heavy items, such as weights, kettlebells, basketball stands, or training poles, may take 1-2 days longer and will be shipped via An Post.
  • Personalized or crested items may also require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by adverse weather conditions or peak periods, such as Christmas. Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days.


UK & International Delivery

UK Delivery

  • UPS Service: 2-3 days, standard charge of €13.50.
  • An Post Service: 3-5 days, standard charge of €12.

International Delivery

  • UPS International Service: Charges range from €15-€30, depending on the destination (calculated at checkout).

Large or Heavy Items: Items over 20kg require a quote before ordering.

Customs & Duties: Deliveries to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) are classified as international. They may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or duties. For further details, visit UK Customs Duties.


Online Delivery Returns Policy

We aim to make returns easy and straightforward.

How to Return Items:

  1. Download the Returns Form.
  2. Report breakages or damages within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Christmas Returns:

Items purchased on or after 1st December can be returned up to 10th January.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Footwear must be returned in its original box.
  • No returns are accepted on personalized products unless faulty.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as you are responsible until the package is received by us.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 4-5 working days of receiving your return.

Click & Collect

Shop online and collect your order in-store by choosing the Click & Collect option at checkout.

  • Orders are typically ready for collection the same day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
  • You will receive an email or text message once your order is ready.
  • Store Hours: 10 am - 6 pm, Monday to Saturday.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased online can also be returned in-store.

  • Following inspection, refunds will be issued via the original payment method (excluding original postage costs).

Exchanges

  • No exchanges are accepted for mouthguards or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
