Karakal Gel Performance Sports Insoles 36-37
Our aim was to create an insole that was comfortable, practical and supportive. So with that in mind we have included impact zone pads at the heel and forefoot and Air Chambers in the heel and arch to provide exceptional comfort. The surface layer is made using sweat absorbent breathable mesh. This increases the foots ability to breathe whilst also providing excellent comfort.It is also fitted with Shock Absorbent Silicone Gel cushioning that helps with energy rebound and aids performance. They are also designed to give a prescriptive style of strong foot support with a stability control device that helps centre the foot and provide comfort and flexibility.

Delivery
We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over €75.
We use DPD 1-2 Day service - We ship same day if ordered before 1pm (next day service is not guaranteed).
We use An Post Parcel Service which is 1-3 working days within the Republic of Ireland.
With all shipping services you will be provided with a tracking number.
**Please Note: Large bulky or heavy items may take a day or 2 longer and will be shipped with An Post.**

We use UPS 2-3 day service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a standard charge of €13.50.
We also use An Post 3-5 day postal service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a charge of €12.
We use UPS for international deliveries. This charge varies from €15 to €30 depending on destination (see in checkout)
*For large, bulky or heavy items (over 20kg) please contact us for a quote before ordering for United Kingdom and International orders.
In adverse weather conditions there may be a disruption to the estimated delivery times.
At peak times around Christmas orders may take longer, please allow plenty of time.
Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your item to us in the original packaging with your receipt or delivery docket. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days of delivery.
