Supplied with 12 page A5 resistance training and usage guide covering 19 key resistance exercises for a total body workout. Also includes a door attachment that enables you to turn the Resistance Trainer in to a virtual gym. Our Studio Pro Safety Resistance Trainers offer a safe alternative to latex resistance tubes without compromising performance. The protection sleeve virtually removes the risks associated with latex tube failure and also extends the life of the latex tube.

We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over €75.
We use DPD 1-2 Day service - We ship same day if ordered before 1pm (next day service is not guaranteed).
We use An Post Parcel Service which is 1-3 working days within the Republic of Ireland.
With all shipping services you will be provided with a tracking number.
**Please Note: Large bulky or heavy items may take a day or 2 longer and will be shipped with An Post.**

We use UPS 2-3 day service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a standard charge of €13.50.
We also use An Post 3-5 day postal service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a charge of €12.
We use UPS for international deliveries. This charge varies from €15 to €30 depending on destination (see in checkout)

In adverse weather conditions there may be a disruption to the estimated delivery times.
At peak times around Christmas orders may take longer, please allow plenty of time.
