These Align-Pilates Pro Soft Weights are ideal for Pilates, plyometrics, balance training, and mobilisation exercises. They offer a more fluid range of motion to using a standard dumbbell, and are safer, due to their soft shell design, reducing the risk of damage or injury if dropped. These Pro soft weights are filled with iron sand and the shape also helps to promote the development of functional grip strength while also offering a more comfortable fit to your hands.

Delivery
We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over €75.
We use DPD 1-2 Day service - We ship same day if ordered before 1pm (next day service is not guaranteed).
We use An Post Parcel Service which is 1-3 working days within the Republic of Ireland.
With all shipping services you will be provided with a tracking number.
**Please Note: Large bulky or heavy items may take a day or 2 longer and will be shipped with An Post.**

We use UPS 2-3 day service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a standard charge of €13.50.
We also use An Post 3-5 day postal service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a charge of €12.
We use UPS for international deliveries. This charge varies from €15 to €30 depending on destination (see in checkout)

In adverse weather conditions there may be a disruption to the estimated delivery times.
At peak times around Christmas orders may take longer, please allow plenty of time.
