The Pro Suspension Trainer is a portable lightweight training system which allows you to workout anytime, anywhere be it from a door frame, wall anchor or a tree! Use your own body weight as resistance and strengthen the whole body, whilst building muscle and burning unwanted fat. Suspension Training increases flexibility and endurance and helps to develop and maintain a strong core.

Independently load tested to over 1000Lb (450Kgs) and built to perform from hi-strength polyester webbing with industrial bartack stitching.

Our unique steel T-fastener buckles allow for quick adjustment of the Apex style straps, which adjust from 1.2m to 2.5m (excl. Anchor Strap) to suit users of all sizes and abilities.
The Apex straps attach to our 1.25m anchor strap to offer 5 different attachment points, when used with the integral door jam or when clipped to a wall anchor eyelet (not included). Alternatively the anchor strap can be clipped to a wall eyelet (not included) or wrapped around a tree or secure object with a circumference of up to 1.1m. Quality ABS padded hand grips with integrated foot cradles for use in ground based exercises and a mesh bag complete the package.

Delivery
We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over €75.
We use DPD 1-2 Day service - We ship same day if ordered before 1pm (next day service is not guaranteed).
We use An Post Parcel Service which is 1-3 working days within the Republic of Ireland.
With all shipping services you will be provided with a tracking number.
**Please Note: Large bulky or heavy items may take a day or 2 longer and will be shipped with An Post.**
*These items include weights, kettlebells, basketball stands, table tennis tables, hula hoops, one piece pool cues.*
Personalised or crested items may take a day or two longer.

We use UPS 2-3 day service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a standard charge of €13.50.
We also use An Post 3-5 day postal service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a charge of €12.
We use UPS for international deliveries. This charge varies from €15 to €30 depending on destination (see in checkout)
*For large, bulky or heavy items (over 20kg) please contact us for a quote before ordering for United Kingdom and International orders.
In adverse weather conditions there may be a disruption to the estimated delivery times.
At peak times around Christmas orders may take longer, please allow plenty of time.
Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your item to us in the original packaging with your receipt or delivery docket. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days of delivery.
