Description
The GEL-SONOMA™ 7 GTX shoe is designed for the great outdoors. It's formed with a GORE-TEX™ membrane that helps keep your feet warm and dry when you're running in great conditions. Underfoot comfort stems from a full-length AMPLIFOAM™ midsole and GEL™ technology unit that's strategically placed where cushioning is needed. Lastly, the trail-specific outsole is functional for providing advanced traction. Its pattern helps you experience a confident stride on the uphill and downhill sections of challenging terrain.

GORE-TEX™ membrane helps prevent rain and snow from entering the shoe's interior
At least 20% of the shoe's main upper material is made with recycled content to reduce waste and carbon emissions
The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology
AMPLIFOAM™ cushioning helps create a soft feeling underfoot
Rearfoot GEL™ technology improves impact absorption and creates a softer feeling at footstrike

Delivery
We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over €75.
We use DPD 1-2 Day service - We ship same day if ordered before 1pm (next day service is not guaranteed).
We use An Post Parcel Service which is 1-3 working days within the Republic of Ireland.
With all shipping services you will be provided with a tracking number.
**Please Note: Large bulky or heavy items may take a day or 2 longer and will be shipped with An Post.**

We use UPS 2-3 day service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a standard charge of €13.50.
We also use An Post 3-5 day postal service for deliveries to the United Kingdom which has a charge of €12.
We use UPS for international deliveries. This charge varies from €15 to €30 depending on destination (see in checkout)

In adverse weather conditions there may be a disruption to the estimated delivery times.
At peak times around Christmas orders may take longer, please allow plenty of time.
